1. PFS Call for a letter of intent announced and submitted by the announced deadline
2. The letter of intent will be reviewed and if selected, applicants will be asked to submit a full application.

Please include the format, and respond to the questions below, in the order below. One page maximum for the responses. Please submit with the NIH biosketch. Please submit as one pdf document.

A one-page letter of intent with the applicant’s NIH-style biosketch should be submitted as an e-mail attachment (all in one pdf document) to the program coordinator, Jacqueline Ismen (  If the applicant is a PFS awardee who wishes to apply for a second year funding, a progress report of past supported research must be included for evaluation. Applicants will be notified of their eligibility to submit a full application.
